Todd Boley
A second generation Washingtonian, Todd began his insurance career 3 decades ago. He has provided guidance along all lines of insurance to commercial and personal clients alike. Having started the agency from scratch, Todd has performed all different roles in the business and is a true advocate for his clients.
Bryan Aguirre
Born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, Bryan is a leading professional in the Private Client insurance space across the DMV. With over 15 years of experience, he has built deep industry relationships and a strong command of complex risk solutions, allowing him to deliver highly tailored coverage reviews for each client. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Bryan lives in Montgomery County with his wife and two children.
Marcia Pasco
Originally from Guatemala City, Marcia attended Universidad Francisco Marroquin. She joined Capital Insurance Partners in 2013 after having already acquired three years of experience in the US insurance industry. She now resides in Maryland with her husband, Percy, and her three sons, Andres, Nico, and Lucas. She and her husband are staunch supporters of the Argentina national soccer team and FC Barcelona.
Shepherd Frank
Born and raised in DC, Shepherd attended St. Albans High School before graduating from Boston University with a degree in psychology. As a Washingtonian he is pleased to be back in the District with Capital Insurance Partners. Though he now lives in Rockville, Shepherd rowed in high school and college and enjoys getting back to the Potomac whenever he can.
Lince Quintanilla
Born and raised in Silver Spring, MD, Lince graduated from Stevenson University. She joined Capital Insurance Partners in 2016. During her free time she enjoys watching soccer and reading.
Priscila da Rocha
Originally from Brazil, Priscila moved to the United States at a young age and has called the DC metro area home for over 14 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville. Priscila recently joined Capital Insurance Partners and is excited to contribute to the team’s continued success. She lives in Maryland with her husband and their children, Mateo and Anabel, and in her free time enjoys running, hiking, and cheering on her kids at basketball and soccer games.
